The Trophy Bassmasters spent a hot day on Lake Erie including East and West Harbors as well as Sandusky Bay this past weekend. The heat kept the weights down somewhat from what has been the standard for the Great Lake. Seventeen members competed for 9 hours and brought in 65 bass of at least 14”. The total weight was 153.99lbs. Don Ratcliff did have an impressive day as his 5 bass limit tipped the scales at 16.35lbs and earned him 1st place honors. Second place was Andy Cripple as he had 12.51lbs in his 5 fish. Bob Flowers brought in 5 fish and 12.29lbs for 3rd place.
