The year started off under very tough circumstances at Grand Lake St Marys with very cold temperatures and strong winds. The catch rates were dismal as well as only 2 anglers brought in keepers of at least 12�. John Clark picked up where he left off last year as 4 time defending Angler of the Year as he netted 4 keepers for 8.17lbs including the day�s big bass at 2.48lbs. Boyd Downey had the only other keeper at 2.07lbs for 2nd place.
