  Following a successful trip to Buckeye Lake, the Trophy Bassmasters headed southeast to Delaware Reservoir near Columbus for their 6th club tournament of the season. The fishing was just as hot as the weather as 16 of the 18 anglers scored at least 1 keeper bass of at least 12". Many anglers reported catching multiple fish in the earlier, cool morning hours as the tournament started at 6AM. After the 8 hour competition day 4 anglers brought in a 5 bass limit. 1st place went to Boyd Downey for the 2nd tournament in a row. His limit catch weighed in at 8.85lbs. Veteran Don Kraft caught 8.14lbs for 2nd place while 3rd place went to Judd Rarey. His 5 fish tallied 6.63lbs. Big bass for the event went to Vern Boecher. He nailed a 2.98lb largemouth for the honor. The club totaled 26 bass for a grand total of 62.84lbs All were released alive. With the 2 consecutive wins, Downey has taken over the Mr Bass point lead.

Guest Dave Barnes fishing with Bob Flowers netted 3 fish weighing 3.74lb which would have put him in 8th place.
