 Story:

The Trophy Bassmaster’s 1st club tournament of the season was much less than expected but it did get the anglers out on the water. Seventeen members fished the 8 hour day and only had 6 keeper bass to show for their efforts. Dave Wedertz was the only competitor to bring multiple bass. His 2 keepers weighed 2.94lbs for 1st place. Steve Ganger had 1 nice bass weighing 2.16lbs for 2nd and big bass honors. Third place went to rookie Lance Blevins with a 1.99lb bass. The other 2 keepers belonged to Chet Baughman at 1.78lbs and Judd Rarey at 1.16lbs. Rarey is defending his 2005 Mr Bass title that he won in only his 2nd year in the club. Rarey was a close 2nd in 2004, his rookie season
